Couch & Associates (C & A) is proud to release a new case study detailing the successful implementation of an automated event management process for Chamberlain College of Nursing, an educational institution part of DeVry Inc., a global provider of educational services.  With more than 100 open house events in a year, Chamberlain needed to streamline their event management process.

The new case study highlights how Couch & Associates’ marketing automation solutions and event management process helped Chamberlain promote open house events by automating their RSVP emails to prospective students and incorporating an on-site digital check-in process.  The digital check-in process eliminated long lines and provided better customer service.

By working with Couch & Associates on a program to develop relevant and tailored messaging and incorporating the Eloqua marketing automation system, Chamberlain was able to:

  • streamline the event management process;
  • capture complete and accurate information;
  • segment attendees from those that did not attend and provide relevant messaging following the event; and
  • provide a higher level of customer service for individuals registering for the event.
